2025 marks 30 years of brewing at Ram Restaurant & Brewery. The first Ram Brewery opened in Oregon in 1995. Among the first beers we tested were Amber Ale and Hefeweizen. Today, our passionate and talented brewers strive to create the freshest, most “drinkable” beers you will find, and their efforts have garnered The Ram over 200 medals from institutions as prestigious as the NABA and GABF. We celebrate our brewers’ ingenuity every day with a rotating selection of seasonal creations, brewed locally with the freshest local ingredients.
Flagship Beers like Big Red’s IPA, Buttface Amber Ale, Blonde, and Big Horn Hefeweizen have carved the way for Signature Seasonal beers like Oktoberfest, Cincopatas Mexican-Style Lager, Clearwater Kolsch, and more to shine and invigorate our guests.
To celebrate 30 years of Ram Brewing, we’ve brought back some of our original favorites. Later this month, we’ll be releasing a batch of 71 Pale Ale, a longtime resident of Ram taps with a loyal following. This balanced, easy-drinking Pale combines classics like Cascade and Chinook hops with Idaho 7 to provide a subtle citrus kick.
Earlier this summer, we brewed and canned a run of one of our original craft beers, Big Horn Lite. A crisp and flavorful American Lite Lager with notes of honey and zesty grapefruit. Grab a 4-pack of 16 oz. cans at your local Ram while supplies last! Speaking of cans, more Ram Craft Seltzer is on the way. Our first batch of Mango Pineapple was so popular, we had to make more seltzer. Be on the lookout for our next flavor!
