Maibock Spring Bier is Back on Tap at The RAM Restaurant and Brewery!

April 11, 2016

At The RAM Restaurant and Brewery Spring is celebrated with the arrival of the perennial beer favorite, Maibock Spring Bier! “Our Maibock is brewed with imported Pilsner and Vienna malts which combine to create a brilliant golden hue that impart a subtle malt sweetness and balance the German hop character,” says Dave Leonard, Director of Brewing Operations. “The light body and refreshing character belie the kick our Helles bock delivers.”

Guests find that the Maibock pairs well with any of The RAM’s Street Tacos, especially the honey sriracha shrimp, as well as the Poke Nachos. Add the Maibock, Hefeweizen and Blonde to the Shorty Flight to make the perfect custom trio of beers.

Rabbit Punch Irish Red on Tap Now at The RAM Restaurant and Brewery!

March 9, 2016

Come hoist a pint of The RAM’s newest seasonal release, Rabbit Punch Proper Ale available now and for a limited time at at any RAM Restaurant and Brewery location. Served in a 18oz frosted glass, our hopped up Irish Red combines a pale malt, kiln amber and a touch of roast barley to create a toasty malt profile with a vibrant amber hue.

Director of Brewery Operations, Dave Leonard says, “Rabbit Punch Irish Red is hopped exclusively with Citra hops, added at First Wort (pre-boil) and Whirlpool (post-boil), for a punch of hop flavor and aroma while imparting much less bitterness.
