Alaska Seafood Celebration Kicks Off at the RAM Restaurant and Brewery!
The RAM Restaurant and Brewery is currently featuring a unique and flavorful Alaskan and Pacific seafood menu which includes delicious salad, sandwich, and entrée options sure to catch some attention.
Destined to be a favorite is the Tropicana Salmon Salad, served with a grilled Alaska sockeye fillet, basted with ancho chili lime butter, served over greens with diced mango, pineapple, strawberries, and grapes, tossed with an orange vinaigrette and toasted coconut.
The Angry Shrimp and Crabby Patty Sandwich will turn some heads, prepared with an Alaska opilio crab and rock shrimp patty with jack cheese, amber ale cheese sauce and panko bread crumbs, flat top grilled on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, pico de gallo, gazpacho tarter, and a jack cheese stuffed Anaheim chili.
Classic sandwich lovers are sure to enjoy an ocean twist to an everyday favorite with the Alaskan B.L.T.A., a house-made grilled salmon patty on thick sliced toast with mayo, lettuce, sliced tomato, bacon, avocado, and roasted gazpacho tarter.
And who could resist good ol’ Phish Styx? Alaska cod, hand-cut, hand breaded sticks, dipped in seasoned panko, cooked golden and served with fries, slaw, and tartar sauce.
The featured menu includes these and many other mouthwatering items sure to satisfy any seafood lover. In addition, the RAM will also have dinner value meals, lunch specials with skinny burger combos, mix and match lunch combinations, and “Skinny” summer cocktails.
