The Steaksman Salad

A favorite of Sir Loin, knighted for his bravery in the Battle of Bacon Hill. Tossed romaine, arugula, zucchini and cimini mushrooms in white balsamic dressing. Topped with sliced tender grilled sirloin, roma tomatoes, and balsamic onions. Finished with gorgonzola crumbles and hickory smoked bacon.
