Clyde – Toasted Coconut Brown Ale

September 21, 2017

Thinking of two sides of a coin we diced to split the Brown Ale. Both brewers love coconut so naturally toasted coconut was the only way to go. Clyde has a mild toasted coconut aroma, a deep copper red/brown appearance, with a creamy mouth feel, and finishes with a burst of sweet coconut.

Bonnie – Coffee Brown Ale

September 21, 2017

Always destine for the coffee drinker in mind we infused this Brown Ale with the house roast (Grind House) from Georgia Street Grind located in downtown Indy. Using a cold brew method for the infusion, the coffee character is aromatic without an overpowering coffee flavor that accentuates the beer.
